I believe that you know yourself the best and have the answers to your life. Coach/Client Process
Stages
- Establishment of the Coach-Client Relationship
- Formulation of a Coaching Agreement
- Transitioning from a problem orientation to a vision orientation
- Construction of a change scenario
- Resist resistance

- Coaching the new scenario while deepening the relationship
- Conclusion of the formal relationship-the beginning of a follow-up process
AtEz Coaching Packages:
Overall:
- Coaching time can be virtual (via email/web), face to face, telephone or a combination.
- Times noted below are the minimum but based on mutual agreement in addition could be email/phone on an "as needed" basis.
- Coaching will include support materials that are designed to maximize your desired results. There may be special costs for some optional materials but those costs will be discussed up front.
Base Intake Coaching Session: AtEz Coaching is based on a system approach and is predicated on the results we discover through our intake session. This required session runs about 2 hours and depending on your concerns may have some pre or post -work connected with it. This session will form the base in helping you decide what Coaching Package or Custom Package will work best for you. The initial $150 fee is credited toward your first month retainer for any package selected.

- "Exploring" Coaching
A time for experimenting, getting ready-Possibilities, New Directions ,Re-training, Re-tooling
(3 months of sessions 1x week )
- "Alignment" Coaching
A time for alignment to achieving goals- Focused, Directed, Energized, Passionate, Optimistic
(3 month of sessions 1x week)
- "Out of Sync" Coaching
A time for wake-up calls, doldrums, low energy, negativity, Feeling Stuck
(3 month of sessions 1x week)
- "Repurpose" Coaching
A time for internal focus, transformation, re-invention, renewal
(3 month of sessions 1x week)
- "On-Purpose" Coaching
A time to check alignment to life purpose and passion
(time is contracted on a retainer basis - based on intake, expectations and revised accordingly)
- "Educational Outreach" Coaching
A time to retrain, retool and complete learning goals
(3 month of sessions 1x week)
- "Touch-Base Coaching"
A time to check in for alignment, on-purpose life review
